Helpline Service

PainSmith Solicitors’ were one of the first to operate a specialist Legal Helpline service in landlord and tenant law.

Our helpline service is designed to give confidence and peace of mind to lettings agents. We aim to answer your legal queries and resolve problems of a general nature in order for you to confidently advise and give factual information to landlords. The Helpline provides access to advice and assistance over the telephone for an annual subscription fee, Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) from 9am to 5.30pm.

Helpline subscribers also have access to our Document Vault which contains a wealth of useful notices, agreements, and clauses. We do not keep statistics or monitor how often subscribers use our service. Our charges are calculated purely on the number of offices a subscriber has and the type of business they operate and not on use.
