When a profit is made by a Tenant through sub-letting which is becoming increasingly common  a Tenancy Agreement compliant with relevant housing legislation is not prepared. The document is a Commercial Lease. PainSmith has produced a unique document which includes obligations of the Landlord and the Tenant while moving many of the Landlord’s obligations to the Tenant which is legal and commonplace in a Commercial Lease.

Included is guidance on completion of a statutory declaration to contract out of the security of tenure provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 together with a template declaration.
