PainSmith are pleased to announce that we have updated the Lettings Terms of Business. The document has been made shorter and therefore more user friendly which will likely be welcomed by all and prove to be popular. The new terms are 10 pages long or 5 pages if printed back-to-back.
The new Lettings Terms of Business are now available from the PainSmith online shop for £300 plus VAT for anyone looking to purchase new terms.
Any Lettings Terms of Business purchased from July 2021 onwards are eligible to obtain the updated terms free of charge, upon receipt of proof of purchase sent to instructions@painsmith.co.uk .
