Litigation Solicitor
An exciting role available to the right candidate to work within one of the leading specialist firms within the L&T industry. A full-time solicitor will be required to:
- Manage their own litigation case load
- Handle property litigation matters including possession claims, debt collection, boundary disputes; disrepair claims, deposit disputes
- Provide internal and external training
You must have a full driver’s licence and own transportation and be within a realistic reasonable commute of the office due to location
Minimum 2 years PQE – with experience of managing own case load with civil litigation experience would be desirable. Some knowledge or experience of Landlord & Tenant Law advantageous but not essential.
Paralegal
With an ever-growing workload we are looking for a number of full-time paralegals do join the team working in a highly pressurised, fast paced environment. Due to the nature of the work the role will be office based under the supervision of senior solicitors.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Carry out admin tasks
- Undertake independent research
- Assist fee earners
- Be willing to progress into taking on a caseload of your own
- Manage own workload
- Answer telephone calls and emails promptly
The work to be undertaken by the firm predominantly involves aiding landlords with the serving of notices, preparing for court proceedings and scheduling of bailiff appointments to evict tenants. Any applicant must therefore ensure that they are willing to carry out these tasks.

Some experience working within an office environment; previous legal experience advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided on the job.
An LPC/ Law graduate would be desirable for this role however applicants with other degrees will be considered. We do request applicants have A levels as a minimum.
