Where is the venue as its not stated?
Its in London and I believe its in the De Vere Holborn Bars, 138-142 Holborn, London EC1N 2HG. This is subject to change though depending on the numbers that book.
Just a Wish for me- My Sincerest thanks go out to Painsmith. Sad it may be, but I am totally absorbed by their helpful and informative free Blog. I am an individual with a reasonable sized portfolio of properties and having read through this conference itinerary I was keenly motivated to attend, right up to the small print/ huge fees bit at the bottom. What a pity those in the legal profession think that even those who may not be, but would like to be responsible and stretch their personal knowledge and skills by learning from such a meeting, should also be able to afford £630 for this day out. This is clearly aimed at bigger fish than those that just want to learn. How sadly ill-conceived. This just highlights the wonderful efforts of Painmith and their Blog and to whom I will be forever indebted for countless legal successes in this field. Many thanks to you Painsmith. I wish I could be there and learn more.

The fees are not set by the firm but by CLT and any issue can be raised with them.
Sorry, I should have made it clear that I understood that when I wrote, singing your praises. I had hoped CLT would read it. Thinking about it, I will write the them directly. Perhaps they will think about other interested audiences it in future. I won’t hold my breath of course.Thank you again for all you do.
